Your center of gravity is off. Everything seems tilted counter clockwise. Here is your work with it fixed: [link] When everything is straightened the image suddenly looks a lot better. It's a cute style and a fun character!
I can probably agree on the anthro part! though the Feral kinda looks like it's now tilting up like it's going to slide back xD! mainly cause I'm looking at the leg/foot placement.
thank you for the advice aaa! though I have to say I'm sure it doesn't entirely matter on a reference sheet the point of gravity. HOWEVER!! I do draw and face my art awkwardly so I can say this is a common mistake on my part. thank you for catching it!
I think the front paw placement on the feral form was trying to compensate for the odd angle in the original drawing. Generally canine's backs are parallel with the ground. If you fixed the paws on the new corrected position it would look much more natural. And you're more than welcome! I used to have this same problem - a lot of artists do. Eventually I learned to tilt my paper or tablet instead of relearning to draw at the correct angle haha.
I know about the parallel to the ground and the straight backs on canines, I think how I went about it is the odd angle I look at my screen when I draw so things aren't normally straight and angled right %100 of the time xD Which I need to pay more attention too.
Haha I hear ya. Thank you for being very gracious receiving a critique, some people online just throw tantrums. You're a very mature, awesome person! Thanks again!
OH MY FAT POPE You actually added Comi in her pocket! That's so fucking cute ohgod. Also, wow she looks amazing in your style! o.o Awesome man <3 awesome.
